BelaMD is the technology upgrade on HydraFacial — doing everything HydraFacial does and adding diamond microdermabrasion, hydrogen therapy, MENS and electroporation. The six-step process resurfaced dead skin cells, extracts congestion, hydrates deeply and drives active serums into the dermis using electroporation’s electrical pulse channels. Four targeted serums — bBRIGHT, bCALM, bCLEAR and bEVEN — allow the treatment to be fully targeted to your skin’s current priorities.

Every facial at Tight Clinic begins with a skin consultation. Your Skin Expert reviews your current skin concerns, lifestyle factors, treatment history and goals before selecting the right facial and customising the product protocol. No two appointments are identical — your Skin Expert adapts to what your skin needs on the day.
Sessions range from 45 to 75 minutes depending on the treatment selected. The Biologique Recherche facial uses high-concentration actives selected from your skin assessment. BelaMD runs through all six modalities. Deep Extraction includes enzyme exfoliation and manual clearing. Korean Glass layers oxygen, LED and massage. All facials are performed by a trained Skin Expert at Tight Clinic King West.
Most facial results are visible immediately — improved clarity, luminosity and texture straight from the treatment table. Your Skin Expert provides a home care protocol and, where appropriate, recommends a treatment cadence.
