Sarah English is the Clinic Director at Tight Clinic — the person who translates the founders' vision into operational reality across both the King West and Yorkville locations. While Karmen and Saro built the clinic's identity and direction, it is Sarah who ensures that identity is felt consistently by every client who walks through either door. Her scope spans the full breadth of clinic operations: staffing, standards, client experience, team culture, and the logistical choreography of running one of Toronto's most respected multi-disciplinary aesthetic and wellness clinics.
A clinic with two locations, 33 team members, and a treatment menu spanning injectables, laser, massage, naturopathic medicine, psychotherapy, and OHIP-covered family care doesn't run on goodwill alone. Sarah is the operational force behind the structure that makes Tight Clinic work — managing the moving parts that allow a team of doctors, nurse practitioners, RPNs, aestheticians, and therapists to practice with clarity and cohesion. She is the reason the experience feels consistent whether you're at King West or Yorkville, whether it's your first appointment or your fiftieth.

Alongside founders Karmen LaMer and Saro Kay, Sarah forms the leadership core that has guided Tight Clinic from its founding in 2019 to a two-location clinic serving over 20,000 clients and 200,000+ treatments. Her relationship with the founders is less hierarchical than it is collaborative — she is the operational counterpart to their creative and strategic direction, the person who asks how, when, and at what standard, and then ensures those answers become reality.
A passionate and organized Leo who genuinely loves people, Sarah is calm, cool, sweet, and so caring — the kind of person who sorts out any situation with style, grace, and a well-timed sense of humour. Outside the clinic, she loves travel, a good glass of red wine, and chicken tenders (non-negotiable), and she absolutely cannot abide a messy desk.
