Dr. Liz is a Naturopathic Doctor with a deep passion for patient education and empowerment. She runs a general practice with a strong focus on women's health — covering hormonal health, fertility, sexual health, periods, stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, weight management, skin concerns, digestion, and low energy. Her approach is holistic and rooted in treating the whole person: mind, body, and soul.
It was a genuine desire to help others that brought Liz to naturopathic medicine. She deeply resonates with the values of teaching patients about their own health, addressing the root cause of symptoms rather than just managing them, and supporting the body in the most complete way possible. She helps her patients break through the barriers standing between them and their fullest potential.

Outside the clinic, Liz is very easy going and loves to have a good time. You might catch her at a coffee shop working, watching the Leafs, at a hot yoga class, or at an outdoor concert. Summers usually mean time at her family cottage on Georgian Bay. A food-driven Capricorn through and through, she loves exploring new restaurants and cooking at home — with Friday night sushi as her non-negotiable.
