Britney’s role at Tight Clinic is one of the most multi-faceted on the team. On the client side, she’s often the first person a new client connects with — warm, knowledgeable, and calm with first-time questions. On the operational side, she manages the clinic’s entire product inventory: working directly with brands to replenish stock, source new products, negotiate supply agreements, and ensure the clinic’s retail and treatment-room inventory stays current, well-stocked, and aligned with what the team actually needs. And as of this year, she added a new credential to all of it — graduating from RPN school as a Registered Practical Nurse, a milestone that reflects just how seriously Britney takes her role in the healthcare and aesthetic space.
