Restore structure, support, and balance with treatments designed to replace lost volume and rebuild facial contours.
Each one does a different job — structure, biological support, refinement — and most full-face plans use at least two in layered sessions.
We restore volume strategically — not overfill — so results look balanced, not obvious.
Hyaluronic acid fillers replace lost volume directly in the cheeks, under-eyes, temples, and jawline. Product choice and technique matter as much as the material — we use different densities for different anatomical areas, staged over multiple sessions for the most natural, balanced results.
Platelet-Rich Fibrin drawn from your own blood and combined with Biogel, used to improve skin quality, texture, and thickness in areas where filler alone isn’t ideal. A biological complement that enhances the skin covering the volume you’ve just restored — not a replacement for filler in structural areas.
Poly-L-lactic acid injections that stimulate your body to rebuild its own collagen over 3 to 6 months — structural volume that looks and behaves like your natural tissue, not displaced space from a filler. Delivered as a series of 2 to 3 sessions. Results build gradually and typically last 2 years or more, making “obvious work” nearly impossible.

Real Tight Clinic patients. Consistent lighting, no retouching beyond color correction. Each result is individual — yours will be too.
Facial volume loss is structural — it’s caused by gradual loss of fat pads beneath the skin, subtle remodeling of the underlying bone, and collagen depletion. This typically begins in the mid-30s and progresses slowly. Lifestyle factors (sun exposure, weight fluctuations, significant weight loss) can accelerate it, but the underlying process is biological, not reversible through skincare alone.
Modern hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are Health Canada approved and have a well-established safety profile when delivered by trained medical injectors. Risks are minimized by proper technique, anatomically-guided placement, and appropriate product selection. As with any injectable, temporary bruising or swelling is common — more serious complications are rare and managed by having the right expertise in the room.
Not if you’re treated by injectors who prioritize balance over volume. The overfilled look usually comes from chasing volume in a single session, treating areas in isolation rather than as part of a full-face plan, or using too much product for the anatomy. Our approach is conservative, staged, and anatomically guided — we’d rather under-correct and add later than over-correct and dissolve.
Filler duration varies by product, area, and your metabolism. Thinner fillers in active areas (lips, under-eye) typically last 9 to 12 months; denser fillers in structural areas (cheeks, jawline) often last 12 to 18 months. Some biostimulators build collagen that persists beyond the filler itself. Your consultation will clarify realistic longevity for each area in your plan.
The most commonly treated areas for volume loss are the cheeks and midface, under-eye tear troughs, temples, and jawline. Each area has its own anatomy, product choice, and technique — there’s no single filler or approach that works across the face. A full-face consultation helps identify which areas are genuinely deflated versus which might be better served by other treatments.
Pricing depends on which products we use and how much is actually needed for your anatomy — typically priced per syringe, with most patients needing 1 to 3 syringes staged across sessions. PRF and Sculptra are priced separately. We build the plan at your consultation and give you transparent pricing before anything is booked.
Under-eye hollowing is one of the most common volume-loss presentations. Tear trough filler is technique-dependent work — our under-eye specialists handle this area with cannula-based, conservatively-dosed placement.
Smooth, soften, and prevent visible lines while maintaining natural movement. We combine muscle-relaxing injectables for dynamic lines with collagen-stimulating treatments for static ones.
We typically combine muscle relaxation with collagen stimulation for the most natural, long-lasting results.
