Brighten, smooth, and restore the under-eye area with treatments tailored to your anatomy — at our King West and Yorkville clinics.
Under-eye treatment in Toronto only works when it’s matched to what’s actually causing the dark circles. Volume loss in the tear trough creates a shadow that reads as darkness; pigmentation in the skin itself looks similar but responds to different treatments. Vascular prominence shows through thin under-eye skin as a bluish tone. True eye bags are fat pads that have displaced forward with age. And skin quality — crepey texture, fine lines — makes all of the above look worse.
Most patients have two or three causes at once. That’s why the single biggest mistake we see from other injectors is reflexively adding filler to every under-eye concern — filler helps volume loss, but it can make pigmentation-driven circles look worse and does nothing for skin quality. At our under-eye and dark circles clinic in Toronto, we diagnose before we treat: what’s causing your dark circles shapes your entire plan.
Our protocols typically combine tear trough filler for volume, PRF biomodulation for skin quality and vascular concerns, and Tixel for the fine lines and crepey texture that age the under-eye area. Conservative dosing, layered results, no overfilling.
Best suited for localized fat deposits and contour concerns in clients close to their ideal weight.
Ranked by which one addresses the primary driver of your under-eye concern — not by a default "add filler" protocol.
We treat the cause — not just the appearance — whether it's volume loss, pigmentation, or skin quality.
Hyaluronic acid filler placed precisely in the tear trough restores lost volume, softens the shadow that reads as darkness, and smooths the transition between the lower lid and cheek. Conservative dosing is essential here — we use the smallest amount that delivers the result. Typically lasts 12 to 18 months.
Platelet-rich fibrin with Biogel is drawn from your own blood and injected into the under-eye to stimulate collagen, thicken thin skin, and improve pigmentation and vascular dark circles from within. An ideal option for patients whose under-eye concerns aren’t primarily volume-related. Typically 3 sessions.
The only skin resurfacing device safe to use directly on eyelid skin — including the upper and lower eyelids that lasers can’t treat. Thermo-Mechanical Ablation (TMA) uses heated titanium tips to stimulate collagen and tighten crepey under-eye texture. Typically a series of 3 sessions with 3 to 5 days of social downtime.
Overfilling the under-eye is one of the most common injectable mistakes — and one of the hardest to reverse. We start with less than most clinics, assess at a two-week follow-up, and only add more if truly needed. Under-filling is correctable; overfilling can take months to resolve.
Before recommending any treatment, we assess the specific anatomy driving your concern — tear trough depth, fat pad position, skin quality, pigmentation, orbital rim projection. The diagnosis determines the plan, not the other way around.
We don’t chase the fastest result. If filler would give you a six-month improvement but PRF would give you a two-year improvement, we’ll tell you — even if filler is what you came in wanting. We work toward outcomes that hold.

Dark circles rarely have a single cause. The most common factors are volume loss in the tear trough (which creates a shadow), pigmentation in the skin itself, vascular prominence through thin under-eye skin, fat pad displacement (true eye bags), and skin quality changes with age. Most patients have a combination — which is why accurate diagnosis matters more than picking a trendy treatment.
Tear trough filler is safe when performed by an experienced injector using the right product in the right plane. Hyaluronic acid fillers are reversible with hyaluronidase if needed, which is a key safety feature. The under-eye area is anatomically complex, so the experience of your injector matters more here than almost anywhere else on the face.
Tear trough filler typically lasts 12 to 18 months, though some patients see longevity closer to 2 years. Under-eye tissue metabolizes filler slowly compared to more mobile areas of the face. We usually see patients back for a refresh once they notice the gentle return of hollowing — not on a fixed schedule.
They do different things. Filler restores volume and is the right choice when the primary issue is hollowing. PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) improves skin quality, pigmentation, and thickness from within — better suited for dark circles driven by vascular prominence or thin, crepey skin. Many patients benefit from a combination, sequenced carefully.
Mild to moderate eye bags — and the hollowing that often accompanies them — can often be significantly improved with filler, PRF, and skin tightening. True herniated fat pads may ultimately need surgical correction (lower blepharoplasty) for full resolution. We’ll tell you honestly at your consultation whether non-surgical treatment is realistic for your specific anatomy.
Pricing depends on which treatments are part of your plan — tear trough filler, PRF sessions, and Tixel all have their own session pricing. A full under-eye protocol is typically priced per treatment rather than as a package. We’ll provide a transparent, personalized quote at your consultation before you commit to anything.
Crow’s feet and upper-face lines often coexist with under-eye concerns. Treating both together produces a more balanced, rested result than either in isolation.
Smooth, soften, and prevent visible lines while maintaining natural movement. We combine muscle-relaxing injectables for dynamic lines with collagen-stimulating treatments for static ones.
We typically combine muscle relaxation with collagen stimulation for the most natural, long-lasting results.
