Outer radiance is the reflection of inner balance. That’s not a borrowed philosophy — it’s why Tight Clinic exists. Medical aesthetics, preventative health, genuine wellness. Together, because treating one without the other has never been enough.
Outer radiance is the reflection of inner balance. That’s not a borrowed philosophy — it’s why Tight Clinic exists. Medical aesthetics, preventative health, genuine wellness. Together, because treating one without the other has never been enough.
Before founding Tight Clinic, Karmen LaMer spent years as a luxury retail executive — building teams, designing experiences, learning that precision is everything. She understood how environments shape people. What she didn’t yet know was how that understanding would shift when health became personal
In her early thirties, Karmen faced a cancer diagnosis. What followed wasn’t just a medical journey — it was a reckoning with vulnerability, with rebuilding, with reclaiming her body and sense of self. That experience became the catalyst for everything Tight Clinic is today.
When she established Tight Clinic, the goal was clear: create something the industry didn’t have. A clinic where prevention, restoration, and experience matter equally — where a physician, a nurse injector, and a psychotherapist can all be part of the same client’s care.
Co-founded with Saro Kay, Tight Clinic has grown to a 35-person team across two Toronto locations. Over 20,000 clients served. A return rate above 80% — not from habit, but because the results hold.
Tight Clinic brings together four distinct disciplines under one roof — by design, not by accident. Each one exists because wellness is full-circle.
Aesthetic decisions shouldn’t be made in isolation from health. Our physicians at King West offer OHIP-covered consultations — because knowing where your health stands changes what you choose to do about your skin.
Mental wellbeing isn’t separate from physical health — it’s foundational to it. Our Registered Psychotherapists at Yorkville offer in-person and virtual sessions, because these conversations belong in the same space as everything else.
Surface results come from root-cause understanding. Our Naturopathic Doctors work across both locations — investigating what’s driving what, and designing support that actively reinforces aesthetic outcomes.
The best aesthetic outcomes come from practitioners who understand both technique and restraint. Our injectors, aestheticians, and RMTs treat results and experience as equally important — because one without the other isn’t good enough.
They come back. Because the results hold, and the experience stays consistent.
Across Toronto and nationally. Driven almost entirely by referrals — not paid acquisition.
Across injectables, laser, wellness, and skin. Five years. Two locations.
500+ reviews. Consistent. The kind of rating that’s hard to sustain — and harder to fake.
Every practitioner here was chosen deliberately — for clinical excellence, yes, but also for how they think about care. Physicians, nurse injectors, RMTs, psychotherapists, naturopathic doctors, aestheticians, coordinators. People who share a point of view, not just a building.

Tight Clinic’s mission has never been confined to four walls. Karmen co-founded The Collective — a Toronto-based women’s empowerment summit bringing together hundreds of leaders, creators, and change-makers each year. An extension of the same belief that drives the clinic: when women invest in themselves, the impact goes beyond the individual.
The summit benefits the Canadian Women’s Foundation and is co-produced with Sarah Vandermeer from Charlie and Sprocket.
Both locations are welcoming new clients. No referral needed. Choose where to start.
Smooth, soften, and prevent visible lines while maintaining natural movement. We combine muscle-relaxing injectables for dynamic lines with collagen-stimulating treatments for static ones.
We typically combine muscle relaxation with collagen stimulation for the most natural, long-lasting results.
Available at both King West & Yorkville unless noted.
Personalized treatment plans. Natural results. Experienced team.
