Karmen LaMer founded Tight Clinic in 2019 after years of searching for an alternative to surgery, and finding that most platforms made promises they couldn’t keep. She trained under a leading plastic surgeon, certified in laser medicine, and built a clinic around technology that actually delivers.
Six years later, Tight Clinic has grown into two locations, an integrated team of physicians, nurse injectors, naturopaths, and therapists, with a full-spectrum approach to how you look & how you feel.
